5 Quick Tips to Treat Your Hemorrhoids
What are the symptoms of hemorrhoids? Hemorrhoids are piles of swollen (Varicose) veins in the anal and rectum area, that sometimes enlarge exceedingly to hang outside the anus.
Hemorrhoids are fairly common, normally as a result of prolonged constipation and have a tendency to be genetic. Because fiber and water helps you ease up the defecation process, by including fiber with your daily meals, you not only treat the hemorrhoidstreat the hemorrhoids by lowering the amount of pressure you place on them, but furthermore prevent their development.
2. Take the time to exercise regularly
If the veins by your anus are tender, it is easier to get hemorrhoids. By exercising regularly, you will increase the strength of your veins.
3. Take a sitz bath
By taking a 10 – 20 minute sitz bath, 2 – 4 times daily, this should bring heat to the area and provide a reprieve from the pain and promote healing.
4. Keep clean the anal area
You need to clean your anal at least daily while in the tub with a mild soap. You can also use the mild soap and gently apply it after a bowel movement to keep the area clean. You should refrain from vigorous rubbing of the area.
5. Talcum powder
Talcum powder is typically used to soak up moisture. So, you could use this when you have finished going to the bathroom to maintain a dry area around the anus and aid in the healing of the area.
